This was a squishy toy, a small mindfulness practice book and favourite photos that brought back good memories. The point is to have things on hand that can lift your mood when feeling down.

Self-care is also about caring for your body, so don’t forget to include some pampering items in your box. This could be your favourite face mask, moisturiser, or bath bomb.
