This is slightly off-topic, but I think it’s crucial to acknowledge that this may be an incredibly challenging time for some individuals. It’s important to be gentle with ourselves, taking each day as it comes and focusing on being present. Let’s remember to celebrate our daily achievements, whether small or significant milestones.

I attended a helpful session on visualisation and affirmations and conducted additional research. I want to share some valuable insights and key takeaways from those experiences.

You can harness the power of the subconscious mind by using visualization techniques. The brain cannot tell the difference between a real and imagined experience. Visualising a goal as complete confuses the subconscious mind. The mind is hard-wired to create a reality that matches up with the one we envisioned.
